Madison Cunningham will require proof of vaccine or the presentation of a negative PCR test / clinical antigen test within 48 hours of the October 7th show date at the door.

Proof of vaccination will be accepted in-person only, by physical card, picture copy, or QR code.

Vaccination card or negative test result must match the photo ID when presented.

They are also requiring all concertgoers wear a mask at the show, when not eating or drinking, regardless of vaccination status.
